Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. If the self help database does not resolve your issue, you can contact our support team by creating a support ticket through Ask a Question. Please make sure to correctly fill out all of the required fields, especially providing a valid email address, as we will not be able to reply to your request for support if that is not entered correctly. If the inquiry is PC related, please also provide a DXDiag as that can help with our investigation of the issue you are experiencing.

If you are not immediately connected to a support representative, please leave a detailed voicemail of the issue you are experiencing, along with phone number (including area code), and we will respond within 24-48 hours, depending on support volume.
Please understand that our response to your request may take some time depending on the type of problem (verifying the issue, creating a workaround/solution etc).
Also, the following may explain a delayed response:
o The support center is closed on weekends, holidays, and company-related holidays. Please expect responses for e-mails or calls received during these times on or after the following business day.
o Days following weekends or company off-days may be extremely busy, we appreciate your patience during these times and rest assured we will respond to your request as soon as possible.
We are not able to provide any information regarding titles that are currently in development or future titles.
